[ A NOTE FROM YACOPO ]
I am a plasma physicist, martial artist and teacher—still a student of all three.
This journal is not a collection of finished answers. It is a record of useful questions, experiments and practices from inside the work: what the laboratory teaches about patience, what a stance reveals about pressure, and how attention changes an ordinary life.
The subjects may change. The thread does not: building strength and awareness at the same time.
